Payment and Shipping
How We Do It
All products displayed include VAT.
We except PayPal and all major debit/credit cards except American Express and Diners Cub.
All credit/debit transactions are subject validation checks and authorizations by the card issuer
We currently offer free delivery for orders over £60
For orders under £60 delivery charges apply
We aim to ship all orders as fast as we can.
It is not our policy to split orders as this incurs additional shipping charges.

Our Return Policy
Everything You Need to Know
Items may only be returned with prior written authorization from Baby Accessorize Ltd Customer Service’s upon request. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form will be issues to the customer based on the following:
1a) Product must be unopened and in original packaging, any product received open or used will be subject to return or no credit issued.
1b) Product must be defective in materials of workmanship from the manufacturer
2) All products must be properly packaged on return, any returns damaged due to insufficient packaging will be subject to return or no credit issued
3) Products must be returned within our standard warranty period. Products returned outside this time period are subject to return or no credit issued
4) Goods can only be returned with a RGA form, any unauthorized goods returned are subject to return or no credit issued
5) All packaging/shipping and duties on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.

The Information You Need to Know
You have the right to cancel your order with us in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014), You can exercise this right from the day to place your order and ends in 14 days.
Once we have been notified of the cancellation, we will issue a refund within 30 days, in the event the product has been dispatched we will send out the refund 30 days after the product has be returned. The cost of returning the product must be paid by the customer.
